Group Therapy (Coming Soon)
While individual and relationship therapy offer deep and meaningful work, there are some powerful aspects of healing that can only be experienced in a group setting. Being with others—witnessing, listening, and being compassionately seen—can touch places within us that may not emerge in one-to-one therapy. Group therapy offers connection, community, shared humanity, and the opportunity to explore relational patterns in a safe, supported environment.
From an Internal Family Systems therapy perspective, being in a group allows our different “parts” to be gently reflected back to us through the presence of others. We may notice protectors that arise in group settings—such as the parts that feel shy, fearful, over-responsible, or withdrawn. We may also encounter parts that long for connection, approval, validation, or belonging. Group therapy provides a unique opportunity to work with these parts in real time, while still held within a compassionate therapeutic container.
Mindfulness, presence, and embodied awareness help create a safe, respectful space where participants can explore their experiences without pressure or judgement. Rather than performing or “fixing,” the group becomes a healing environment for curiosity, compassion, and relational growth.
Please feel free to express interest if you would like to be notified when groups begin.
